Super heat team installed a new furnace and air conditioner to replace 33-year-old units that were in the house. They were efficient, creative, and finished up in a day as they promised. They were personable and informative, answering my questions in layman's terms. The guys Inspired confidence that the job would be done well and reliably. They are now my go to HVAC folks.

Great all around service! Recently I had a problem with the pilot light on my gas stove that is the backup heat for my cabin. First called the company that had sold it to me and serviced it before, and was told it would be at least three weeks before they could get to it, even though it was during that stretch of -20 degrees and we were really cold. Fortunately they had a list of other places to call, and Bill's Superheat was the obvious choice as they'd done a great job installing a minisplit heat pump in another place for me last year. I hadn't realized they worked on propane appliances as well. They responded quickly -- Devin came out to fix it the next morning, undeterred by a steep snowy road. He had all of the skill and equipment needed, even though he'd not worked with that brand of stove before. I am really pleased with the professionalism of the entire crew, including office staff.
Spencer from Bill's Superheat just completed a warranty repair on our home furnace. It's winter and the service was requested yesterday and completed midday. That is exceptional. Spencer was very pleasant, informative and professional. This company and this technician - Five stars across the board!

Josh, Brett, and Patrick did a great job replacing my furnace. They did it in less time than expected, communicated with me through out the process, loved on my dog and left the furnace room WAY cleaner and nicer than when they got here! They were polite, respectful, and efficient!
Devin and Jacob went above and beyond when they installed my new furnace. They corrected mistakes in the system, diligently worked for 11 hrs. straight, & for the first time in the 25 yrs I have lived here the upstairs is warm. Andrew came the next day to install a new thermostat. These professionals put the Super in Superheat. I could not be more pleased.
