They technician showed up promptly and assured me my furnace is in good shape. He change the filter and repaired a wiring issue without being asked. I am confident my furnace will work well this winter after such a through check

Devin was great! He came by early October and did a great job on our heating unit as well as meticulously cleaned our fireplace. Happy to have signed up with Superheat for our maintenance needs!
Our furnace of 26 years finally quit working one morning. We called Bill's Superheat and they were able to come look at it by the next morning. The service tech diagnosed the problem and provided us with an estimate for repair. After discussing our options we decided to upgrade to a new system. Bill's had it installed within the week. Their personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.
