Cheryl and Lisa did a great job scheduling the repair of my Modine Hot Dawg heater that's in our garage. They kept me informed on the appointment and Rocky the technician arrived right when they said he would. He determined the problem, replaced the part that failed and it works great once again. Heating system installed by Bill's 2012. Since then they've been very responsive to service requests and have been exceptional in handling warranty issues.
