Our heat went down last week when it was 30 below. Called Bill's Superheat and was told a technician would come over the same day. Spencer went to the house and saved the day. We were out of town and he/they saved us a big potential headache. Thank you Bill's Superheat.
Several days well below zero temperatures, and our heater fails to start. Call Bill's Superheat because of reviews. Was very relieved that they were able to come within that day. Our service professional was Rocky Schmidt. 5 stars is not enough for the friendly and knowledgeable service. Rocky went above and beyond the call of duty to get us up and running, including our intake/exhaust de-iced. Was willing to do whatever was needed to get us going and heated again in this weeklong sub-zero artic blast. Very conscientious. Cannot say enough good things. Will call Bill's Superheat again, and again, when we need service.
I had missed giving my furnace tuned up last year and I called around to a couple of different places to find out what it would cost. I'm not going to say where I used to have it done, but I will say that it used to cost me a $119 a year. When I called the company. They informed me that it would be $229. I called Bill's Superheat and they quoted me $160. I made an appointment and the services were performed within a couple days. I'm very happy with their service. And I would recommend that anyone needing work contact Bill's Super heat.

I had an excellent experience with Bill's Superheat. When my HVAC unit stopped producing heat, they got a tech out to my house as quickly as possible and took the time to actually locate and fix the root cause of the issue. Great customer service, knowledge, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

My heat went out the day before Thanksgiving while I was showing friends around Glacier. We got home and walked into a very cold house at 4. I called and they could not assure me but would do their best and would call back with a plan. A technician was at my house in less than 15 minutes, repaired furnace and was gone before 5. Spencer was very helpful, friendly, and respectful young man with great mannerism.
