Our a/c went out just as company arrived. Everyone else was one to two weeks out. Bill's got us an early morning appointment in just about four days. The tech was prompt and professional. I was also "pleased " with the cost.
Extra effort is always appreciated.
Brian Cox showed up on time and went straight to work checking my furnace and AC. He is always very professional and polite. Kudos to Brian Cox.
