What a wonderful company! For background, I had been dealing with months-long issues with another HVAC contractor in the area who was not responding.
I found Bill's Superheat online and they were so courteous and helpful! Within a few days, they sent someone to do a Service Call to diagnose. After that, Parts were ordered but we ended up doing a Total Replacement of our Mini Split. I was so impressed at the communication, the updates, and the timeliness of appointments. The Install Techs were brilliant! So honest and direct on the previous install errors and how they would fix it all correctly. The guys were so kind . The Front Office is also so wonderful. You have a Customer for Life now, and I will always refer Bill's Superheat to everyone and continue to use them for my home in the future. Companies like this give me faith that there are still honest, fair and ethical companies in operation. Thank you so much.

I got a 15k BTU mini split from Bill's Superheat and the installation team was outstanding. They took good care of my house and cleaned up the dust and stuff on their way out.
It turned out that the mini split came from the factory with a problem with the defrost cycle that made it very noisy so Daniel had his team come back to try to fix it immediately. When it was obvious the unit was faulty, Daniel set up a time for it to be replaced with another factory new mini split and hauled the faulty unit away. I waited a couple days to see if it was working right and it really is! Lower electricity use compared to my baseboard heaters PLUS AC in the summer!!!

Brian is the best! We called due to no heat a few weeks ago, made another appointment to get the the issue fixed. He was prompt, was fixed in little time. The first time he was here was able to get heat going until he was able to come back! Very happy with him and bills superheat! ( wished military discount was offered ) maybe consider it for future????? Sure would help us veteran family's!!

Wonderful experience with Bill's Superheat yesterday. Started out as a routine first-time annual maintenance with Bill's and Spencer Ross was thorough in review of system to find and replace the contactor relays that I had been requesting my former vendor to replace. Also was able to suggest thermostat which fulfills my intentions better than the original and get it all done yesterday! Great to get it done correctly, timely and for reasonable cost.
Cheryl and Lisa did a great job scheduling the repair of my Modine Hot Dawg heater that's in our garage. They kept me informed on the appointment and Rocky the technician arrived right when they said he would. He determined the problem, replaced the part that failed and it works great once again. Thanks to everyone that made it happen. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Bill's Superheat is top notch!!!
