Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he pointed out an issue unrelated to his work which will help me avoid some major issues later on. His communication was excellent, and work thorough. We have Super heat come out and take care of all our homes ???? in Empire Loop. Spencer is our GO To Man! He takes his time, does it right, and explains everything that is wrong/right with our equipment! Our family feels very blessed to have such a wonderful group of people watching over our homes with us! We love ?? you guys!

Bill's Superheat did a fabulous job at replacing not only our heater but the ventilation system throughout the entire house. Josh and Tyler were timely and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves and were respectful when working in our personal space. Nothing but great things to say for their services.
Josh and Tyler were professional, timely and did a great job. They did an excellent job of cleanup and good communication! Would not hesitate to use them again.
I always receive excellent customer service from Bill's HVAC techs. Spencer Ross was exceptional at providing great customer service with his friendly and courteous demeanor. This is the third HVAC company since moving here about 3.9 years ago and definitely the best. Spencer was punctual as well as sent me a text to let me know he was on his way.

Bill's Superheat designed and installed a new Trane System for our log home. Am very happy with the excellent installation and high quality system. Pricing and terms were very reasonable. The system is quiet, efficient, and has been working beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this excellent company. Special thanks to Nick, Aaron, Mike, and Lydia for getting our system installed. Devin Fox, service tech for Bill's Superheat arrived this Tuesday for our semi-annual service on our heat-pump/mini-split system. Devin arrived exactly as scheduled and immediately set-about inspecting, testing, cleaning and adjusting our system. He was diligent and thorough. He listened to our concerns about some noises that had developed over the prior six months and diagnosed the issue as a motor control unit on the directional blower vanes. After discussing the issue with us Devin immediately put-in an order for a replacement motor. He was friendly but respectful and he made us feel like we were the most important thing in his world during the time he spent with us. If Bill's Superheat hands-out best tech awards, Devin would win hands-down in our estimation.
