i just got a new installation on my house. From start to finish it was perfect. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mike (sales) was amazing and so were the two techs that did the install. The lady in the office was very pleasant over the phone too
I was so impressed by Bill's. I had Mike for sales. When he came out to give me the quote he was so professional, nice, and I felt honest. It felt like I was dealing with a friend or family. Their quote was right in the middle of the 4 quotes I received. Their customer service was ABOVE the rest! They installed my new unit within 1 week. The techs that came out were also amazing. All around more than 5 stars. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future
