Brian was on time, polite, courteous, clean and informative. I was very happy with the service on my HVAC system as well as my gas fireplace. Both units were operating MUCH better after he left; both heating better than ever. The yearly maintenance contract is very affordable considering the work performed twice a year.

I highly recommend Bill's Superheat! They are very responsive and show a high level of care, concern and expertise in their field. Bill personally has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. A HUGE shout out to the receptionist, Lisa, as she is always a pleasure to work with and has a tremendously high level of customer service.
This company has been all around fantastic on multiple occasions that I have used them!
