Our home has been under the care of Bill's Superheat for 12yrs. Yearly they service our A/C and furnace. We feel confident knowing we won't be surprised by a Friday night emergency. Brian, our service man, is always on time, (booties in hand)..., courteous & thorough. Lisa and the office staff are organized and friendly. We would recommend Bill's Superheat for all heating and cooling needs.
Great job on my ductless heater by Bill's Superheat. My home is much more comfortable and my electric bill went down. I was way impressed.
Bill's Superheat was quickly at my house after my call concerning my furnace not working. The diagnosis was believable and timely. Although a remedy could not be implemented immediately, due to a part being ordered from Spokane, Bill, himself, came over to my home with space heaters and an electric blanket to get me through the interim until the necessary furnace part arrived.I cannot imagine any other company being so thoughtful.
Furthermore, when the new part was installed, the very most courteous tech was in charge. He explained everything to me clearly and took the time to show me the problem. The company even went so far as to see if my warranty would apply, based upon the age of my furnace. Although the warranty did not apply, the owner will come to my home, without additional charge, to see that protective measures are completed in order to prevent another bird( the cause of my furnace being broken) from getting into the chimney or the furnace engine again.
I find the owners and the technicians at Bill's Superheat to be the finest, most cooperative and human in their service. This positive experience is a rare and wonderful thing. I recommend Bills Superheat unconditionally.

We had an air conditioning issue over a hot weekend and called Bills Super Heat first thing Monday morning and they were at our house within a few hours, fixed our compressor and were very fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have had Bills Super Heat also help a client of mine this past winter and they were extremely kind, prompt and went out of their way to make sure the family had heat during a very cold spell. I highly recommend them. Bill and Lisa and their staff are great, honest people!!
Bill's Superheat has been really great in helping guide me in the right direction of getting my gas boiler fixed, since they no longer service them. Lisa, over the phone (4/2/2020), took excellent care of me and has been such an asset in the this stressful time of having no heat, that I do truly recommend them to anyone who needs heating service, even if they aren't able to do the work themselves, they are more than willing to help find the right person for the job. I want to thank them for being so caring and thoughtful for those who need help because sometimes all it takes is a kind word and someone to listen, when you stress level is overfull.
Years ago Bill's Superheat would service my gas boiler, once a year, until the old gas boiler gave up the ghost and we had to have it replaced. Never had any issues or complaints with service, communication, or general quality of service, when I was in need of help.
