I called late in the afternoon when I arrived home to no heat. Called Bills super heat and they were here in no time. Had my heat back on and warming in no time. The tech was awesome did a great job!
Bill's Superheat was quickly at my house after my call concerning my furnace not working. The diagnosis was believable and timely. Although a remedy could not be implemented immediately, due to a part being ordered from Spokane, Bill, himself, came over to my home with space heaters and an electric blanket to get me through the interim until the necessary furnace part arrived.I cannot imagine any other company being so thoughtful.
Furthermore, when the new part was installed, the very most courteous tech was in charge. He explained everything to me clearly and took the time to show me the problem. The company even went so far as to see if my warranty would apply, based upon the age of my furnace. Although the warranty did not apply, the owner will come to my home, without additional charge, to see that protective measures are completed in order to prevent another bird( the cause of my furnace being broken) from getting into the chimney or the furnace engine again.
I find the owners and the technicians at Bill's Superheat to be the finest, most cooperative and human in their service. This positive experience
is a rare and wonderful thing. I recommend Bills Superheat unconditionally.
Our home has been under the care of Bill's Superheat for 12yrs. Yearly they service our A/C and furnace. We feel confident knowing we won't be surprised by a Friday night emergency. Brian, our service man, is always on time, (booties in hand)..., courteous & thorough. Lisa and the office staff are organized and friendly. I had my furnace go down during the middle of the day in 23*F temperatures. I called the after hours line, and Bill himself came out to my place and after some troubleshooting, and replacing a part, we got my furnace up and running again. He did amazing, worked quickly. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his team for any and all of your AC/Heating needs!

I bought a new house with a mini-split. Bill's Superheat came to service it and thoroughly explained everything I could need to know about the unit and were incredibly reasonable with their pricing. I believe Brian was the techs name and he was so mindful to put boot covers on and explained the unit to me so I now know how it works, how efficient it is and the best uses of it. Two thumbs up for an honest and helpful company.
This summer we chose Bill's Superheat to install a ductless mini split system in our home. We got other bids prior to choosing Bill's with varying prices. A big part of our choosing Bill's was Mike who came out to do our bid. He listened to what we wanted to accomplish and answered all our questions. We also didn't feel rushed through the process as we did with some other companies. They were here on time for the install and all the employees we dealt with in the office and during installation were very nice and professional. They were even done quicker than anticipated. I would highly recommend Bill's Superheat. We are loving our new heating and cooling system.
