He is very knowledgeable, professional and able to meet the tight timing of my project...even going above and beyond to find a solution to a need on very short notice. After waiting for a return call for months just for a quote on a new furnace from a different company, I saw an ad for Bills Superheat. I am glad I called. They were there the next day and had a quote the same day! Amazing. I knew right then who I was dealing with. The system was installed yesterday. Every aspect of this company is top notch. Unbelievable sales and service. Everybody at Bill's are true professionals. Bill isn't bad himself????
Bill's Superheat did a great job installing our new heating/AC system! Very professional and it works amazing. They were in and out quickly with a top quality job done!
Great sales department. Great office staff. Great installers. Great job!!!! Would highly recommend these folks and this business to all my friends and people I don't even know. Could not be more pleased. Intend to have them do all the yearly maintenance inspections also.

I had another HVAC company come and look at my heat pump and they said the compressor was bad. Quoted me about $3,500 to fix it! Bill himself came out and said the compressor was fine and he thought it was a contactor on the unit. It was and was replaced for $200! Highly recommend Bills superheat! Very honest and knowledgeable group! Not to mention he figured it would be around $1,500 to replace the compressor if it was actually bad. Thanks Bill!!
