Bill and his crew were helpful, prompt, fairly priced and thorough in their explanations and answers. we were pleased with their work and the heat pump product they installed.
They gave me great service I have used another company before them and had a bad experience with them bill sent out a technician and knew what he was doing and solve my problem also they will get in touch with the manufacturer and the find out a few other things most companies will not do this will leave you up in the air really appreciate that

I smelled gas coming from my furnace! After giving us the all clear, the gas company tech said I just needed one part. I called and was assured everything would be ok. Bill gave me his cell phone number, got me the right part , and even showed me how to install it.
That is top notch customer service for you. They could have easily charged me for an emergency service call or not been willing to sell me the part, but they went above and beyond. They have a cute office pooch too!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL'S SUPERHEAT! We recently worked with Bill and his team to have mini-splits installed in our newly purchased home in Creston. After a thorough inspection of our home, Bill presented us with several options to choose from to maximize our investment. He put us at ease, showing us how we'd save money through rebates and a more efficient system. In the end, we went with the Trane unit, and couldn't be happier! The installation team was wonderful, fully explaining the process, and before they finished, they would not leave until my wife fully understood how to operate the system and made sure it was set to the perfect temperature. (Extra stars for that!) Unless you're close to the unit, you don't know it's on - in fact, it's much quieter than our dishwasher. And the Trane unit looks great in our yard. We have purchased a gas fire place from Bill's Superheat a couple of years ago. It was not working. We called for it to be serviced. Surprisingly, a technician came out that same day. He cleaned our system and it works great. Thank you!
Bill's Superheat just installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Unit at our home and we are amazed how quiet the system is both inside and outside. The installation was flawless, efficient and timely. The installers arrived on time, went to work immediately , installed the units, explained to us all the operating instructions and finished by cleaning up all the areas completely. It was so nice to have pleasant people here that take pride in their work and the company and product they represent; that doesnt happen often these days.
The electrician they recommended and arranged for came and went in a flash. Big Sky Electric should be commended for their speed and efficiency to get us connected so quickly; again a person who takes pride in his work.
Would highly recommended! I recently had a problem with a dishonest worker from another local heating company I called Bill's Superheat who were actually recommended from a friend. Thank the lord I did because they saved me from a very expensive con. They came out right away and reassured my fears that everything was actually running great and my family was in fact NOT in danger. I will be calling Bill's Superheat from now on to service my furnace. Trustworthy, honest company!
