HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL'S SUPERHEAT! We recently worked with Bill and his team to have mini-splits installed in our newly purchased home in Creston. After a thorough inspection of our home, Bill presented us with several options to choose from to maximize our investment. He put us at ease, showing us how we'd save money through rebates and a more efficient system. In the end, we went with the Trane unit, and couldn't be happier! The installation team was wonderful, fully explaining the process, and before they finished, they would not leave until my wife fully understood how to operate the system and made sure it was set to the perfect temperature. (Extra stars for that!) Unless you're close to the unit, you don't know it's on - in fact, it's much quieter than our dishwasher. And the Trane unit looks great in our yard. We have purchased a gas fire place from Bill's Superheat a couple of years ago. It was not working. We called for it to be serviced. Surprisingly, a technician came out that same day. He cleaned our system and it works great. Thank you!
Bill's Superheat just installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Unit at our home and we are amazed how quiet the system is both inside and outside. The installation was flawless, efficient and timely. The installers arrived on time, went to work immediately , installed the units, explained to us all the operating instructions and finished by cleaning up all the areas completely. It was so nice to have pleasant people here that take pride in their work and the company and product they represent; that doesnt happen often these days.
The electrician they recommended and arranged for came and went in a flash. Big Sky Electric should be commended for their speed and efficiency to get us connected so quickly; again a person who takes pride in his work.
Would highly recommended! I recently had a problem with a dishonest worker from another local heating company I called Bill's Superheat who were actually recommended from a friend. Thank the lord I did because they saved me from a very expensive con. They came out right away and reassured my fears that everything was actually running great and my family was in fact NOT in danger. I will be calling Bill's Superheat from now on to service my furnace. Trustworthy, honest company!
I looked online for reviews of heating and air-conditioning specialists. Bill's Superheat had excellent reviews. From the moment I called them they were professional, prompt, helpful, and great at educating me on what they were working on. They got someone to help me on the same day I called. There were no hidden charges. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air-conditioning.

The people at Bill's Super Heat are very helpful and friendly. They get to your house quickly and do good work. I would definitely recommend them.
My heating system went out on one of the coldest days of the year and after scrambling to find a couple space heaters to keep things from freezing for a while, I contacted 4 local HVAC contractors to ask for recommendations and bids on a replacement system. After careful consideration of all proposals I selected Bill's Superheat and am very glad that I did. I was most impressed with the sales person's knowledge and professionalism and then was even more impressed with how rapidly Bill's was able to turn around and install the new system--which has worked wonderfully! The install team knew what they were doing and were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and they took the time to explain all of the features and controls of the new system to me. A job very well done!!
Wow, was I surprised, I needed a furnace replacement and called for three bids, I was blown away at the attitude, professionalism, and honesty of Bills Superheat. A better furnace, new installation method and mounting of the furnace, new touch screen stats, and complete duct sealing in my crawl space. Not the cheapest bid, but the grade of furnace, extra steps to insure a quality installation to heat my home thoroughly was more than worth the money saved on a cheaper bid. The new furnace is so quiet and efficient we will have it around for years.
